Return and refund policy

1. Important Disclaimer

Gangrha is a technology platform operated All products listed on the Platform are offered, sold, and fulfilled exclusively by independent third-party distributors/sellers.

All returns, refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution are the sole responsibility of the respective distributor/seller. Gangrha does not guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for any refund, return, or exchange. Users engage in transactions entirely at their own risk.

2. Distributor/Seller Responsibility

Each distributor/seller on Gangrha is independently responsible for:

  • Establishing and honouring their own return and refund policies
  • Product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and compliance with applicable laws
  • Handling all customer complaints, return requests, and refund claims
  • Arranging product pickup for returns, if applicable
  • Processing refunds within a reasonable timeframe
  • Replacing defective, damaged, or incorrect products

Customers are advised to review the distributor’s policies and communicate directly with the distributor/seller regarding any product issues.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it is shipped by the distributor. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the “My Orders” section on the Platform.

3.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped by the distributor, cancellation is generally not possible. Customers may refuse delivery or contact the distributor directly to arrange a return after delivery.

3.3 Cancellation of Online Paid Orders

If an order paid via online payment (Online) is cancelled before shipment, the Platform may facilitate an automated refund to the original payment method through the payment gateway. This automated facilitation is provided as a convenience and does not constitute Gangrha accepting any obligation or liability for the refund. Refund processing times depend on the payment gateway (Online) and the customer’s bank, typically 5-10 business days.

3.4 Cash on Delivery Orders

COD orders cancelled before shipment incur no charges. No refund processing is required for undelivered COD orders.

4. Returns

4.1 Return Eligibility

Return eligibility is determined solely by the respective distributor/seller. Generally, the following guidelines may apply, but distributors may set their own terms:

  • Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are generally non-returnable (subject to distributor’s individual policy):

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

4.3 Return Process

Customers should contact the distributor/seller directly to initiate a return. The Platform may provide communication tools to facilitate this process, but Gangrha is not a party to the return transaction. For detailed refund information, please see our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Responsibility

All refund decisions, processing, and execution are the sole responsibility of the distributor/seller. Gangrdoes not guarantee any refund and is not liable if a distributor/seller fails to process a refund.

5.2 Online Payment Refunds

For orders paid online via Online, refunds (when approved by the distributor or triggered by pre-shipment cancellation) are processed back to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Typical processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s financial institution. Gangrha facilitates this process as a technology intermediary only.

5.3 COD Refunds

For COD orders, any refund must be arranged directly between the customer and the distributor/seller. Gangrha does not facilitate COD refund transfers.

5.4 Refund Amount

Refund amounts are determined by the distributor/seller and may be subject to deductions for shipping, handling, or restocking as per the distributor’s individual policy. Gangrha has no control over refund amounts.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Document any damage with photographs
  • Contact the distributor/seller directly within 24 hours of delivery
  • Do not use or install the product if it appears damaged
  • Replacement for exchange product will be delivered within 7 to 10 days

Resolution of damaged/defective product claims (replacement, refund, or credit) is entirely at the discretion of the distributor/seller. Gangrha is not responsible for product defects, damages during transit, or any losses arising therefrom.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Between Customer and Distributor

All disputes regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, quality, or pricing must be resolved directly between the customer and the distributor/seller. Gangrha is NOT a party to any such dispute.

7.2 Platform Facilitation

Gangrha may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer limited facilitation to help resolve disputes. However, Gangrha is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any dispute. Any assistance provided by Gangrha shall not be construed as acceptance of liability or responsibility.

7.3 Gangrha Decision

In cases where Gangrha chooses to facilitate dispute resolution, Gangrha decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gangrha shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any product quality issues, defects, or safety hazards
  • Any failure by a distributor/seller to process returns or refunds
  • Any financial loss, damage, or injury caused by products purchased through the Platform
  • Any delivery delays, damages during transit, or non-delivery by distributors
  • Any incorrect product information, descriptions, or pricing provided by distributors
  • Any dispute or disagreement between customers and distributors

Users acknowledge that they use the Platform and engage in transactions with distributors/sellers entirely at their own risk.
